Sharing Your Cottage Availability
All properties that we list must be able to share their online availability of your cottage using an automated ‘ical’ feed which can usually be provided by your online booking or calendar system provider. If you are currently with Holiday Lettings or Airbnb, they can supply this to you for free in the form of an ‘export feed’.
Don’t Have an Online Booking System?
If you don’t have an online booking system on your website and are not with Holiday Lettings or Airbnb (or similar), we can provide you with a calendar for a one off charge of £49. This is attached to your own website and ‘sync’s with Bridport Cottages as you update it with your bookings. However, you must ensure the calendar is always up to date as this is one of the key components that website visitors are looking for (real time, up to date availability). If you’re not sure what this entails then give us a call – we’re here to help.
How Much Does it Cost?
To list your holiday property, it is just one, low cost annual listing fee of £99. That’s it. Honestly! Less than the price of one coffee a week at Aroma!

How Does it Work?
Visitors to our website browse our range of cottages primarily by dates so if your cottage is available, it will be displayed. Visitors can also search by types of cottage such as ‘Family Cottages’ or ‘Pet Friendly’ to name a few. With a variety of search tools they can narrow down their search easily and find their ideal cottage quickly – and that could be yours! Once visitors have narrowed their search, they can then click to go straight to your own booking system to book direct (we provide a link directly to that) or straight to your website where they can follow your usual booking process.
So No Booking Fees or Commission to Pay?
That’s right. No booking fees or commission because the booking is always directly with you.
