We primarily manage the advertising and booking process for your cottage and we can also organise cleaners and keep an eye on your property if you don’t live near. We only take on a small number of quality properties in the local Bridport/Lyme Regis area so we don’t overstretch our service to either you or your potential guests.  We charge less commission than the big brand agencies and still provide a quality service and online website booking tools that people expect to make the booking and payment process easy for website visitors. We’re also happy to do things the ‘old fashioned’ way too, by email or phone enquiries, as there are still plenty of people wanting this service who can so easily get ignored.
